Dijon Glazed Ham

One 8 ounce can of crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup of Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
One 5 to 7 pound spiral cut ham
1 large oven bag

Mix the pineapple, brown sugar and mustard in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bake the ham as directed on package, spooning 1/2 cup of the pineapple mixture over ham during the last 30 minutes of ham baking time. Meanwhile, pour the remaining pineapple mixture into a saucepan. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Serve with sliced ham. Makes 10 to 14 servings
