Easy Glazed Baked Ham

one 3 pound canned ham
Whole cloves
1/2 cup of brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tablespoon of prepared mustard
1 teaspoon of cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon



Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place ham in a 9x9x2 inch pan. Discard any liquid. With a sharp knife, score top of ham into a diamond pattern.. Insert a clove in center of each diamond. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and cinnamon. Spoon the mixture evenly over the ham. Bake the ham, uncovered for 40 minutes. Baste with glaze in pan, bake 20 minutes longer. Remove ham to carving board. Slice thinly. Makes 8 servings
