Ham with Chutney Sauce

1 clove garlic
1 small onion, sliced
one 9 ounce jar of mango chutney
3 tablespoons of Dijon style mustard
3 tablespoons of fresh orange juice
1/4 cup of light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
one 7 - 8 pound fully cooked spiral cut ham




Add the garlic, onion, chutney, mustard, juice, sugar, and cloves in a food processor and process until smooth. Place the ham in a heavy roasting pan. Pour glaze over ham. Bake at 350ºF.   for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the ham is golden brown and  a meat thermometer registers 140ºF. Serves 16
