| Honey Dijon Ham
1 boneless fully cooked ham, about 3 pounds 1/3 cup of honey 2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 1 tablespoon of water |

Place the ham on a greased rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325ºF. for 50 - 60 minutes. Combine the honey, mustard and sugar, brush about 3 tablespoonfuls over ham. Bake 10 - 15 minutes longer or until a met thermometer reads 140ºF. and the ham is heated through. Stir water into remaining glaze, heat through and serve with the ham. Yield 8 - 10 servings |
