Jellied Ham Loaf

2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup of cold water
3 cups of finely chopped cooked ham
1/4 cups of finely sliced green onions
1/4 cup of diced celery
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 cup of heavy cream, whipped
water cress
Thin slices cucumber



Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve over hot water. Let stand until it begins to thicken. Combine remaining ingredients except cream. Stir mixture into gelatin. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 2 quart mold or loaf  pan. Chill until firm. Unmold onto chilled platter. Garnish with watercress and thin slices in cucumber. Makes 8 servings
