Appetizer Beef Patties
2 pounds of ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 can of cheese soup
3/4 cup of cream
2 teaspoons of mustard |

Combine the first 7 ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
Shape into bite sixed patties.
Place in baking dish.
Bake at 400ºF. for 10 to 12 minutes.
Blend soup, cream and mustard in saucepan.
Cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
Serve patties on toothpicks with cheese sauce. Makes 5 dozen
