Bacon Roll Ups
1/2 cup of margarine 3 cups of herb seasoned stuffing mix 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 pound of ground beef, crumbled 1/4 pound of hot sausage crumbled 1 pound sliced bacon, cut into thirds |

Melt margarine in 1 cup water in saucepan. Remove from heat. Combine with stuffing mix in large bowl, mixing well; chill. Add remaining ingredients except bacon, mixing well. Shape into pecan shaped balls. Wrap with bacon; secure with toothpicks. Place in a baking dish. Bake at 375ºF. for 35 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Makes 6 dozen
