1 1/2 pounds of hamburger 1/2 cup of chopped onion 1/2 cup of catsup 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of vinegar (optional) 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce One 2 pound can of pork & beans
Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350ºF. for 35 minutes.
Hamburger & Bean Casserole 2
6 strips of bacon 1 onion 1 pound or more hamburger 1/2 cup of catsup 1/2 cup of Karo syrup 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 tall can Campbell's pork and beans
Microwave 6 strips of bacon. Brown onions and hamburger together and place in casserole dish. Add bacon, catsup, Karo syrup, Worcestershire, beans. Bake 350ºF. 30 minutes. Top with tomato wedges to serve. Delicious with cheese grated on top.

1/2 pound of bacon 1/2 pound of hamburger One 16 ounce can of Lima beans One 16 ounce can of kidney beans One 16 ounce can of pork & beans 1/2 cup of onion, chopped 1/2 cup of ketchup 1 tablespoon of vinegar 1 tablespoon of mustard
Brown hamburger and onion and drain. Brown bacon and drain. Mix together with the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes, covered.
Hamburger & Bean Casserole 4
2 pounds of lean hamburger 2 cans of beans 1/2 cup of Open Pit barbecue sauce 1/3 cup of catsup One 15 ounce can of tomato sauce 1/4 cup of water 1/2 large onion, diced 1/2 green pepper, diced Bacon strips
In a skillet, brown hamburger, diced onion and pepper. Drain. In a large bowl, mix beans, barbecue sauce, catsup, tomato sauce and water. Add hamburger, onions and peppers and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture in a 9x11 inch baking pan and top with bacon strips. Bake at 375ºF. for approximately 45 minutes or until bacon on top is done. Best if left to cool about 1/2 hour before serving.
