| | Catch All Casserole
1 pound of ground beef
1 onion, chopped
6 tablespoons of margarine
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of celery salt
1 cup of canned corn
2 cups of canned tomatoes
1 cup of prepared stuffing
Brown ground beef with onion in 2 tablespoons of margarine in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
Combine with salt, celery, salt, corn and tomatoes in 2 quart casserole.
Mix stuffing with remaining 1/4 cup melted margarine and 1/4 cup water in bowl, mixing well.
Spread over top of casserole.
Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes.
