| Hamburger Cheese Bake
2 pounds of ground beef
1/2 cup of chopped onion
Three 8 ounce cans of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
3/4 teaspoon of salt
4 cups of medium noodles
1 cup of cream style cottage cheese
One 8 ounce cream cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese |

In large skillet cook meat and onion until meat is brown and onion tender. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package and drain. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Spread half the noodles in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch pan. Top with 1/2 meat sauce. Cover with cheese mixture. Add remaining noodles and meat sauce. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes. |
