| | Chili Casserole
1 pound of ground beef
1 large can of chili
1 large bag of tortilla chips, crushed
one 6 ounce package of grated cheese
Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Add chili.
Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Layer tortilla chips and chili mixture in casserole.
top with cheese.
Bake at 400ºF. until cheese is melted.
Yields: 4 - 6 servings |
