French Hamburgers

1 pound of ground round or chuck only
1/3 cup of chili sauce
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
Salt & pepper
1/2 pound of cubed American cheese
3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Mix together and put on a hamburger bun. Place buns on cookie sheet and bake at 375ºF. for 20 minutes. 



French Hamburgers 2

1/2 pound of lean hamburger
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of mustard
1 1/2 tablespoon of chili sauce
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of finely chopped green pepper
2 1/2 ounces of Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
3 hamburger buns, split

Mix first seven ingredients in bowl. Spread evenly over bun halves, covering completely. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF. for 15 minutes. Yield: 6 sandwiches.
