 | | Ground Beef Casserole 2 pounds of ground beef
1 tablespoon of oil
Two 8 ounce cans of tomato sauce
One 6 ounce can of tomato paste
1 cup of beer
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1 cup of cottage cheese
One 8 ounce cream cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
One 8 ounce package of noodles, cooked or drained |

Brown the meat, add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, beer and seasonings. Remove from heat. Mix the cheese and sour cream. Spread half of the noodles over the bottom of a greased 2 quart casserole. Cover with cheese mixture and the remainder of the noodles. Pour beef sauce over the top. Bake at 350ºF. for 25 minutes. |
