Ground Beef Casserole

2 pounds of ground beef
1 tablespoon of oil
Two 8 ounce cans of tomato sauce
One 6 ounce can of tomato paste
1 cup of beer
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1 cup of cottage cheese
One 8 ounce cream cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
One 8 ounce package of noodles, cooked or drained

 

Brown the meat, add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, beer and seasonings. Remove from heat. Mix the cheese and sour cream. Spread half of the noodles over the bottom of a greased 2 quart casserole. Cover with cheese mixture and the remainder of the noodles. Pour beef sauce over the top. Bake at 350ºF. for 25 minutes.
