2 cups of grated potatoes 1 pound of ground beef 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 2 tablespoons of chopped onion 2 tablespoons of butter 3 tablespoons of chopped green peppers 2 tablespoons of flour 1 cup of milk
Combine the first 6 ingredients an shape into 6 patties. Fry in butter in a skillet over medium heat for 1 - 15 minutes on each side or until brown. Remove the patties from skillet and keep hot. Add the flour to skillet drippings and blend well. Add the milk and cook until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper and serve over the potato burgers. Makes 6 servings.
