Spanish Hamburgers

2 1/2 pounds of hamburger
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can of tomato soup
1 can of chicken gumbo soup

Brown hamburger, drain. Add green pepper, onion, chili powder, mustard, salt, pepper, and a little water. Simmer until pepper is done. Add soups and simmer. Serve like sloppy joes on warm buns.
