| Hamburger Surprise
1 can cream of mushroom soup 8 ounces of sour cream 1 pound of ground beef 2 cups of tater tots 1 cup of chopped onions 1 cup of chopped bell peppers Salt to taste Pepper to taste |
| Turn oven on, bake at 500ºF. Place hamburger in bottom of casserole dish, cover with onions and bell peppers. Mix soup and sour cream together. Salt and pepper. Pour mixture over hamburger, bell peppers and onions. Cover top of soup with tater tots. Bake at 500ºF. covered, for 1 hour. Uncover and brown tater tots. Serves 8 people. |
