| Vegetable Hamburger
1 pound of hamburger 1 cup of raw carrots, grated 1 cup of raw potatoes, grated 1 onion, grated
Mix 1 teaspoon salt, garlic and celery powder to taste. Make into patties and fry to brown each side. Place in casserole dish (flat), cover with either beef gravy or cream soup and canned milk sauce. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 40 minutes. |
