Macaroni and Cheese with Franks
1 package (8 ounces) of elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 cups (8ounces) of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (13 ounces) of evaporated milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1 package (16 ounces) of frankfurters, cut in 1 inch pieces |

Combine all ingredients. Put into a 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake, covered at 350ºF. for 30 minutes or until heated through,
stirring occasionally. 6 servings
