| | Marinated Beef Cubes
1/2 cup of salad oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 pounds of lean beef round or chuck, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
In a deep bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Mix well. Add meat, stir to coat. Refrigerate overnight or let stand at room temperature for 2 or 3 hours. |
