Marinated Lamb Kabobs 1

 

Marinated Lamb Kabobs

2 envelopes of garlic salad dressing mix
2/3 cup of chopped onion
3/4 cup of chopped celery tips, leaves
1/3 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of salad oil
1/2 cup of cooking sherry
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 pounds of lamb, in 1 1/2 inch cubes



In a deep bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients, mix well. Add meat, stir to coat. Refrigerate overnight or let stand at room temperature for 2 or 3 hours.
