Thread the steak onto 8 skewers alternating with the vegetables. Brush the kebabs with oil. Place under a preheated grill for 3 to 4 minutes, turning occasionally. Evenly sprinkle over the steak seasoning and cook for a further 3 to 4 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked.
