Zesty Island Chicken Kabobs

2 Tyson Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed
1 small orange, cut in wedges
3/4 cup of pineapple chunks
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/3 cup of teriyaki sauce
one (2 cup) bag of Uncle Ben's Brand Boil in Bag rice

Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Thread chicken, orange, pineapple, red bell pepper and green bell pepper alternately onto four (1o inch) skewers. Brush teriyaki sauce over kabobs.
Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions. Grill or broil kabobs 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken juices run clear, turning once, brushing occasionally with teriyaki sauce. Serve kabobs over rice. Serves 2
