2 pounds of beef rib roast, cut in strips 2 tablespoons of oil 3 tablespoons of favorite herbs 2 green onions, sliced 1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 cup of beef stock 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
Mix oil, herbs, onions, garlic and stock. Marinate beef in this mix overnight. Remove from marinade. Broil to desired degree of doneness. Garnish with seeds. Serves 6
