Breast of Lamb

6 pounds of lamb breast
1 cup of canned tomato sauce
1/4 cup of molasses
1/4 cup of prepared mustard
1/4 cup of cider vinegar


Cut lamb, if needed into serving size pieces. Place in a single layer on a rack of the broiler pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. Pour of fat. Mix tomato sauce, molasses, mustard and cider vinegar in a small bowl. Brush part of the mixture over ribs and coat well. Continue baking and brushing ribs with more sauce. Turn in 1hour and again 30 minutes later. Serve remaining sauce with ribs
