Low Carb Frontier Pan Broiled Lamb Chops

2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 large lamb chops, 1 inch thick
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
salt to taste
black pepper to taste




Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, add chops. Cook the chops about 7 minutes on each side, turning chops only once. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper just before removing. Stir the pan juice, scraping pan. Pour juice over chops and serve hot. Serves 2
