Lamb Scallop Casserole
Serves 5
3 cups of cubed, cooked lamb 1 tablespoon of fat 1 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1 No. 2 can of tomatoes 1 cup of fine, dry bread crumbs 2 tablespoons of butter
Brown lamb cubes in hot fat; add salt. Arrange layers of lamb, tomatoes, and bread crumbs in casserole, ending with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. |
