Leg Of Lamb
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley 1 teaspoon of minced garlic 1 teaspoon of thyme 1 teaspoon of kelp 2 teaspoons of mint leaves 1 teaspoon of basil 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of pepper 1 sprig lamb leg
Mix herbs and seasonings in a small bowl. Rub all over lamb leg. Bake at
325ºF. until lamb shank begins to leave bone. Serve with mint jelly. |
