Baked Lasagne 2

1/2 pound of lasagne noodles
1 pound of cottage cheese
8 ounces of Mozzarella cheese
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 inks of pepperoni
1 recipe of your favorite Italian meat sauce
Oregano
Thyme



Boil the lasagna according to package directions. Place a layer of lasagne in oiled oblong casserole. Add 1/2 of the sliced mozzarella and 1/2 of the cottage cheese, 1/4 of the sauce and sprinkle with 1/3 cup of parmesan, some oregano, thyme and sliced pepperoni. Repeat once, ending with the lasagna and sauce. Spread with remaining parmesan and bake for 25 minutes in 350ºF.  Allow to stand for 20 minutes before serving. Serves 8 - 9
