| Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling salted water, following directions on package, and drain. Combine the ricotta, egg, parsley, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, mix until smooth. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spread a layer of sauce in bottom of 9 inch square pan. Alternate layers of lasagna noodles, ricotta filling, shredded chesses, and spaghetti sauce until all of the ingredients are used, end with a layer of noodles and sauce. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, or until browned. Serves 6 |
