| | Baked Meatball Stroganoff
1 pound of ground beef 1 egg 1 cup of sour cream 2 teaspoons of instant minced onion 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper 2 slices of bread, torn into pieces 1/2 cup of milk dash of garlic powder
Mix the ground beef, egg, 2 tablespoons of the sour cream, 1 1/2 teaspoons of the onion, salt, 1/9 teaspoon of the pepper, and bread in a bowl. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls and place in a baking dish. Bake at 350ºF. for 40 minutes. Combine the remaining sour cream, pepper, and onion with milk and garlic powder in a bowl. mixing well. Pour sauce over the meatballs and bake for 10 minutes longer. Serves 4. |
