| Italian Meatballs 1
1 pound of ground beef 1 egg 1/2 - 3/4 cup of Parmesan. grated 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs 1 tablespoon of parsley, fresh, snipped 1/2 teaspoon of basil 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin 1/3 cup of grated celery 1 medium onion, grated 2 or 3 cloves garlic, through press
Sauté the celery and onions. Mix all ingredients together well and make small meat balls. Cook in a large skillet until done. |
