| | Meatballs Paprika
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef 1 cup of bread crumbs 1/2 cup of milk 1/4 cup of minced onion 1/4 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce 1/4 teaspoon of tarragon salt 1 pint of sour cream 2 tablespoons of flour 1/2 cup of milk 1 tablespoon of paprika
Combine first 6 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a bowl, mixing well. Shape into 1-inch balls and boil in salted water in saucepan for 12 minutes; drain. Combine 1/2 teaspoon salt, sour cream, and flour in saucepan, mixing well. Mix in milk and paprika. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly; do not boil. Add meatballs and cook until heated through. Serve over noodles. Serves 4. |
