Porcupine Meat Balls

1/2 teaspoon  of garlic powder
2/3 cup of raw rice
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 can of tomatoes
1 tomato paste can of water
4 potatoes, peeled and halved
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 teaspoon of salt
1 can of tomato paste
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt




In a pressure cooker, mix tomatoes and tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of salt and water. Mash tomatoes until in small pieces. Mix beef, garlic, rice, 1 teaspoon of salt, onion and eggs together. Add 3/4 cup of sauce from pressure cooker, without tomatoes. Mix all together and from into small balls, about 1 1/2" in diameter. Add meat balls to sauce and then add potato halved. Cover with sauce. Cover, cook in pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Cool cooker at once and serve. Good with green beans.
