1 1/2 cups of ground beef 1/2 cup of cracker crumbs 1/4 cup of milk 1 egg 1 medium onion, chopped salt and pepper to taste flour oil 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Shape into balls and coat with flour. Brown in a small amount of oil in a skillet; drain. Add soup diluted with 1 soup can water. Simmer until heated through. Serve over mashed potatoes. Serves 4. |
