| | Sweet & Sour Meatballs
3 pounds of hamburger 2 eggs 1 cup of bread crumbs, fine salt and pepper 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/4 cup of minced onions 1/2 cup of water
Combine all ingredients, adding water last. Lightly roll into small balls. Combine in skillet 1/2 jar of grape jelly. Stir over medium heat until bubbly. Drop meat balls in sauce and brown turning frequently. Remove meat and place in casserole. Bake in slow oven 300ºF. for an hour. Freezes well. Serves 8 |
