Swedish Meatballs

3/4 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of thyme
1/3 cup of butter
1 1/2 teaspoon of flour
1/2 cup of cream
1 beef bouillon cube  

Mix the ground meat with salt, pepper and thyme in a medium bowl. Shape into meatballs. brown the meatballs in melted butter, in a  large frying pan. Place the meatballs in a casserole dish. Remove the drippings from pan leaving 1 tablespoon. Add the flour and stir until smooth. Stir in cream along with 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil. reduce the heat. Add bouillon cube and simmer for 3 minutes. Pour over meatballs, cover and bake in a preheated 350ºF. oven for 25 minutes.
