Peppered Meat & Marinade
1/4 cup of vegetable oil 3 tablespoons of soy sauce 2 tablespoons of white vinegar 1 tablespoon of seasoned pepper 1 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning 1 pound of sirloin or other steak |

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large self-closing plastic bag or shallow glass dish. Add steak and refrigerate 30 minutes (or longer for more flavor). Remove steak; discard marinade. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness. Makes 4 servings. I've also used pork chops and chicken with this marinade.
