Polynesian Pork
4 pounds of pork roast, or ham, cut into 1-inch squares 1/4 cup of soy sauce juice of 1/2 lemon 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of ginger 1/3 cup of chopped onion 1 1/2 cups of water 4 tablespoons of cornstarch 4 cups of cooked long-grain rice |

Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, poultry seasoning, salt, ginger, and onion. Pour over meat; marinate for 30 minutes. Add water; simmer slowly for 1 hour 30 minutes. Thicken sauce with cornstarch; simmer for 5 minutes longer. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
