| | Pork Roast 4 to 5 pound fresh pork shoulder 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 cup of flour 6 potatoes, quartered 6 medium onions, quartered 6 carrots, halved |
| Place the pork shoulder, fat side up, in a roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle flour on fat part of roast. roast in a 350ºF. oven for 1 1/12 hours. Prepare vegetables and place around meat. Bake an additional 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender and pork is well done. Serves 6 to 8 |
