| Marinated Pork Roast
1/2 cup of soy sauce 1/2 cup of dry sherry 2 Cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons of dry mustard 1 teaspoon of ginger 1 teaspoon of thyme 5 pounds of Pork roast |

Make marinade of all ingredients except pork. Add pork, cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove meat and bake in roasting pan uncovered at 325ºF. for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, basting occasionally during the last hour with marinade. Serving Size: 10
