Red Devil Franks
1 cup of chopped onions 2 cloves garlic, minced 4 tablespoons of oil, or margarine 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 1 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons of mustard 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar 1/2 cup of chili sauce 1 pound of frankfurters, split lengthwise |

Cook onions and garlic in oil until onions are tender; stir frequently. Add all remaining ingredients except frankfurters. Simmer for 5 minutes. Arrange frankfurters split-side up in shallow pan; cover with sauce. Heat under broiler until piping hot. Serve on hot dog buns with extra sauce. Serves 4-5.
