| | Grilled Bratwurst
4 cups of water 2 pounds of bratwurst Coarse grained Dijon mustard
Bring water to a boil, add sausage, and return to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove sausage and pat dry. Cut sausage lengthwise to, but not through, other side. Cook sausage, covered with grill lid over hot coals (400º to 500º) 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Serve with coarse grained mustard. 4 to 6 servings |
