1 pound of smoked sausage 1 cup of water 1 cup of rice 1 envelope of onion soup 1 large onion 1 large green pepper, cut into pieces Celery (optional) 1/2 teaspoon of ginger 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
Brown sausage. Add rice and water. Add dry onion soup. Cut up onion into large pieces. Add celery now if you like. Add in spices. When the rice is almost done, add pepper and steam until tender.
