Cooking Instructions: These aren't your typical church supper deviled eggs: Cut eggs in half and remove yolks. Mash yolks with a fork. Mix all of the rest of the ingredients except ground red chiles and cilantro. Fill egg whites with mixture. Sprinkle with ground red chiles and garnish with cilantro.
