2 cans (10 3/4 ounces size) of consommé, undiluted 1 soup can of water 1 soup can of claret 2 cinnamon sticks 8 lemon slices
In a medium saucepan combine the consommé, water, claret and cinnamon. Bring to boiling, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks, pour soup into a heated tureen or ladle into soup cups. Float lemon slices on top. Makes 5 cups, 8 servings
