Party Creamed Potatoes
8 Servings of mashed potatoes 1/2 teaspoon of diced garlic 1 tablespoon of parsley, chopped 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded 1 1/2 cup of crushed corn flakes 2 tablespoons of butter 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon of paprika 1/4 teaspoon of salt |

Instructions Combine mashed potatoes with garlic, parsley and cheese; mix well. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake in a slightly greased 2-quart casserole for 20 minutes at 325ºF. Different and tasty! Yields: 8 Servings MRS CLARK HALL (BECKY) MARVELL, AR
