Red & Blacks

24 cherry tomatoes
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of sliced green onions
one 3 1/2 ounce jar of black caviar, drained

Wash tomatoes thoroughly. Cut a thin slice from top of each tomato, carefully scoop out pulp, reserving pulp for other uses. Invert shells on paper towels to drain. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and green onions in a small mixing bowl, beat at low speed of an electric mixture into tomato shells. Top each stuffed tomato with a small amount of caviar. Serve with remaining caviar, if desired. 2 dozen.
