Bow Ties with Cheese
12 ounces of pasta bow ties 1 1/4 cups of heavy whipping cream 1/2 - 1/4 cup of blue veined cheese, crumbled 1/2 to 2/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 15 walnuts, broken into pieces
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water following package directions, drain. Place cream and cheeses in saucepan. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until sauce is smooth and thick. Place pasta in heated serving dish. Pour cheese sauce on top, and garnish with walnuts. Serve immediately.
