French Apple Pie 2

6 cups of sliced apples
1 1/4 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of milk
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 cup of Bisquick
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of softened butter
Streusel Topping

Grease pie plate 10x 1 1/2 inch. Mix apple and spices, turn into plate. Beat the remaining ingredients, expect streusel, until smooth, about 15 seconds, in blender or 1 minute with mixer. Pour into plate over apples. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake at 350ºF. until knife comes out clean, about 55 -60 minutes.

Streusel Topping
1 cup of Bisquick
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1/3 cup of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of margarine

Mix all ingredients together until crumbly.
