Brown Sugar Pie
8 inch unbaked pie shell 1 cup of brown sugar, packed 3 tablespoons of flour 12 ounce can of evaporated milk 2 1/2 tablespoons of butter Dash of salt Dash of cinnamon

Place sugar, flour and salt in pie shell. Mix together lightly with fingertips. Pour milk carefully over the top. Do not stir. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350ºF. oven 45 to 50 minutes or until the filling bubbles up in the center of pie. Cool completely before serving. The top layer of milk on the pie doesn't totally thicken after baking and that is the way it is supposed to be. When the pie is cut the milk acts as a sauce. Brown Sugar Pie 2 Pastry for 2 crust pie 1/2 cup of white sugar 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon of salt 5 cups of fresh peaches, peeled and sliced 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine Combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Sprinkle peaches with lemon juice and add almond extract. Add sugar/flour mixture to peaches, mix gently. Turn into pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Add top crust and cut veins in pastry. bake at 425ºF. for about 35 - 45 minutes, or until the juice bubbles in vents and the crust is golden brown. Brown Sugar Pie 3
3 eggs 1 cup of brown sugar 1/2 stick of melted butter 1/2 cup of light syrup 1 teaspoon of vanilla Pinch of salt
Beat brown sugar and syrup together. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add butter, vanilla and salt. Pour in an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350ºF. for 35 minutes.

2 eggs 2 cups of light brown sugar 2 tablespoons of flour 3 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine 1/4 cup of milk 2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring 2 small unbaked pie shells
Beat eggs. Add sugar, flour and melted butter. Stir in milk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350ºF. until done.
